There were always laughs with you, Wally, and wild stories told with real passion and vigour.
Even though we didn't have as many moments together, I've shared countless memories of you through others over the years.
You will be definitely be missed by many.

Oh Wals, laughed through the tears when I saw that pic of you standing in front of the beach bar! Two fricking weekends you made us haul stuff out of that shed while you supervised - and you were so happy to crack that first beer. So many memories- parties, pubs, travel and the Clivenwealth Games, deep and meaningfuls at 2 in the morning. Always laughter even when times were hard. Your warmth, kindness and genuine happiness for your friends was always a constant. I am so grateful we got to catch up last year and just hang out. You have left an indelible mark on all our hearts . You taught us to live loud Wals. We will miss you!

Wolly, you made Hailsham feel like home. You were literally the first person I met when moving into the house. Your big smile and genuine warmth made me realise everything was going to be just fine. As a fellow West Australian, your kindness made those homesick days disappear. Thankyou for being an amazing friend. You will be dearly missed, and we will be telling stories about you for years to come.

What can we say about the loss of our brother. We miss you so so much. You were such a huge part of our lives and we will miss you forever. Our 80’s movie nights, champers, listening to tunes late into the evening and sat around the fire laughing. I will never forget you and George rocking up during the Greek olympics and sleeping on the pool loungers. Can’t believe that you’re gone but we will always remember the good times we had with fondness. Gunton Road, Wimbledon, Earlsfield and Epsom. We love you dear friend. Xxx

Ah Walls I would struggle to name a person who has so quickly impacted and pivoted my life as you did back in putney in 2022, introducing me to a whole new world in my own home city, introducing me to Jacs and shaping my future life. Your chipmunk smile, driving remote control cars down stairs, watching WrestleMania, just being with your when everyone else had gone to bed, I will remember all these times, and you always, with love in my heart.

My condolences to Jimbo’s family. I had the privilege of working and get to know him for a few years. We became very good friends; his humour, kindness and laughter got me through some tough days. He had a giant heart and a kind soul. You left too soon and you’ll be missed and remembered by many people. I will always have you in my thoughts.

Dylan Cochrane on 6 February, 2026 at 10:46am (AWST)

It’s with a heavy heart we say goodbye to a gentle giant, Jimbo you will truly be missed. We have had some great laughs together and some of the best experiences through work. I remember when we used to get so absorbed in the warehouse at Table Talk making acrylic tables and art. You always were keen for the adventure and excited to create memories that last.

Fly with the angels and I will be holding a toast for you and the family and friends today.

Dyl.

Jimbo was great fun to be around, even in tough times at work. His cheeky grin and humour made a real difference; he will be remembered with a lot of fondness.

To Daphne,
Our Sincerest Condolences for the loss of James (Jimbo) to many. He had so many qualities some of which I’d like to share. Humour with all the time in the world to talk and listen. A companion for life with no conditions and most of all his unique cheeky smile.
He had the ability to share generously , mostly giving.
We will miss him dearly.
We have been so fortunate in being in his company 2 months earlier in Perth.
May his Soul rest in eternal peace.

Jules Senior on 5 February, 2026 at 6:33pm (AWST)

My thoughts are with all Jimbo’s family & friends today.
